No-cost breast, cervical & colorectal cancer screenings for uninsured people between the ages of 40-64.
The Cancer Services Program provides breast, cervical and colorectal cancer screenings at NO COST to eligible individuals. These services are provided in local clinics, health centers, doctors’ offices and hospitals in every county and borough in New York state, supported with funds from the State of New York.
The Greater Capital Region Cancer Services Program serves people living in Albany, Columbia, Greene, Rensselaer and Saratoga Counties.

All participants of the Cancer Services Program must read and sign a consent form. This form explains the services offered, your income eligibility, and the sharing of financial, insurance and medical information with your health care providers.
